Alex brings a background in interior design, renovation planning, and client guidance. With formal training in interior design and extensive experience in renovation product sales, project coordination, and business ownership, she specializes in translating ideas into clear, structured plans. Her strength lies in identifying where design, materials, budgets, and lifestyle goals must align—and where small decisions can have long-term consequences.

Phil brings a complementary skill set rooted in carpentry, operations, and business management. His experience spans construction, safety, logistics, team leadership, and business growth. Beyond overseeing technical execution, he understands how companies function day to day—where systems break down, where time and money are lost, and how to build processes that support sustainable growth. He brings practicality, organization, and long-term thinking to both projects and professional partnerships.
